Meg is a Human Resource Manager with 7 years experience in the staffing industry and 10 years working in the legal field as a legal assistant/paralegal. As a Human Resource Manager for Talent Group, she is responsible for the onboarding of internal colleagues and consultants and providing an outlet and support system as needed. She assists with the development and implementation of all policies and procedures, coordinates with management for annual reviews and works together to identify areas of improvement for the organization leading to better individual performance.
Meg provides personalized care to Talent Group’s consultants to establish a clear path of communication and path for inquiry of any issues and to keep our consultants connected during their assignments with us. Meg ensures Talent Group is keeping Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at the forefront as we grow and expand as well as keeping a global consistency with our India team. Meg has a passion for bringing people together and enjoys taking an active role in leading the effort to continue to build and create a positive culture within Talent Group. She strives to create a sense of belonging and community within our organization and works to always keep to our core values of trust, transparency, commitment and passion at the forefront of all we do.
Meg has an Associates of Applied Science Degree with an emphasis on paralegal studies from Rowan College at Burlington County.
Meg grew up in a small town in New Jersey where she still resides with her three children. She enjoys spending time with her large family and friends, being outdoors, reading, and has a love for music, coffee and cocktails.
