In 2023, Talent Groups emerged from the union of three top tech staffing firms—Talent Group, EdgeLink, and Queen Consulting Group. With a mission to connect exceptional talent and opportunities for exceptional experiences, Talent Group focused on contract staffing, direct hire, executive search, and managed solutions. EdgeLink, established in 2003, excelled as a tech staffing partner for startups and established brands, earning multiple Best of Staffing awards. Queen Consulting Group, founded in 2015, specialized in IT staffing for healthcare, pharma, Epic EMR, and finance. This fusion creates a powerhouse offering, empowering growth for clients, career progression for consultants, and a robust foundation for our future.
