Carter joined the team with over 6 years of experience in the life sciences industry, specializing in clinical process development, validation, and quality systems. With a foundation in laboratory operations and regulatory compliance, Carter has led initiatives focused on process optimization across high-throughput environments. His experience collaborating with cross-functional teams has helped streamline workflows and ensure audit readiness. These experiences equipped Carter with the organizational, communication, and creative thinking skills to hit the ground running and add value from day one.
