Referral Bonus Program

Earn a competitive bonus by simply helping build a relationship. Referral rewards fees range from $500 - $2,000 and are dependent on role and duration. The referral bonus for consultant referral is paid by Talent Groups 45 days after the candidate's start date. The referral bonus for a direct-hire referral is paid by Talent Groups 90 days after the candidate's start date.*

Referred consultant's candidate must be hired for a consultant opportunity that is at least four (4) months in length. Candidate must not previously be in our database, must be available for new positions, and have a current resume. The referral bonus is paid to you 45 days after the consultant's start date or 90 days from the direct-hire start date. Other conditions may apply.
