Amy Carabase is a highly accomplished marketing professional currently serving as Senior Director of Marketing and communications at Talent Groups. Her journey with the company began with her instrumental involvement in transitioning Queen Consulting Group into what is now Talent Groups. Amy's vision and leadership were central to unifying Talent Groups' legacy brands and expertly managing the rebranding of three additional staffing company acquisitions.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication with a concentration in Advertising from Boston University. She began her career as an Account Coordinator at Hill Holliday, working with major clients such as CVS/pharmacy and Dunkin’ Donuts. After relocating to be closer to family, Amy served as a Senior Account Manager at Keiler & Company, managing advertising, marketing, and communications initiatives for Lockheed Martin.
Amy's career further flourished at Healthtrax Fitness & Wellness, where she initially joined as a Marketing Manager. Her innovative approaches in this role garnered multiple Corporate Support Person of the Year awards. Her excellence was recognized with a promotion to Director of Marketing and Communications in October 2017, overseeing pivotal projects like company-wide rebranding and website redesign.
In her current capacity at Talent Groups, Amy leverages her comprehensive expertise and leadership qualities to propel the company toward its strategic goals. Outside of her professional arena, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children in Connecticut, often found at sporting events and the beaches of Rhode Island.
