Natalie brings a wealth of accounting and finance experience to Talent Group. In her role as Vice President of Finance she is responsible for all accounting and financial operations of the organization to include both US and Indian Business Units. Prior to Talent Group Natalie spent 12 years working at RSM, the highly recognized and 5th largest audit, tax, and consulting firm. During her time at RSM she quickly rose the ranks, earning five promotional opportunities, leading large multi-national teams, and managing audits of financial statements and internal controls of primarily private equity backed entities in various industry sectors including business and professional services, consumer products, industrial products and services, and private equity funds. Natalie is very knowledgeable of practices and issues common to private equity and is highly skilled in U.S. General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), General Accepted Audit Standards (GAAS), PCAOB and AICPA Auditing Standards, and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Natalie earned her Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Notre Dame and is a Certified Public Accountant. Natalie enjoys supporting her local food bank and organizations focused on the advancement and mentorship of women. Natalie is a native Texan having grown up in Fort Worth and now resides in Houston with her husband and two children. In her spare time, you can find Natalie traveling, reading, running and following her favorite sports teams with her family.
