Sonika is a Contracts & Immigration Manager with more than 10 years of experience in Human Resource Operations and Analytics.

Sonika started her career as a Talent Acquisition Associate and has worked in multiple roles within Human Resources. She has formerly worked with IT giant SAP Labs and handled volume recruitment while developing and executing recruiting plans. Sonika also worked with the Global Resource Center of ARM Technologies, a British semiconductor company as an Operational Analyst and handled the global level reporting.

Sonika is well organized, a committed team player, and always stays motivated for new challenges at work. She is a driven and dedicated professional with great attention to detail.

Sonika joined us in April 2016 and is now managing the Contracts & Immigration team. In her role at Talent Groups, she works to build lasting relationships with clients and sub-vendors by maintaining healthy and clear communication. Her role mainly includes handling client contracts, client audits, vendor management, immigration, and corporate reporting.

Sonika has an MBA with a dual specialization in Human Resources & Marketing and also earned a Master’s Degree in International Marketing.

Outside of work, Sonika likes to spend time with family, friends, and her newly adopted furry friend, “Buddy.”
