Job Description

This role involves managing and troubleshooting the Dell PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM), Dell Networker, and Dell Cyber Recovery Vault environments. Responsibilities include supporting disaster recovery, opening vendor support tickets for unique issues, operationalizing and monitoring the Cyber Recovery Vault, and ensuring adherence to data protection standards. Attention to detail and proactive monitoring of backup systems are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Environment consists of Dell PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM), Dell Networker and Dell Cyber Recovery Vault.
• Perform troubleshooting on backup environment.
• Open support tickets with vendors on unique problems and work to completion.
• Support Disaster Recovery efforts as they pertain to the data protection environment.
• Assist in operationalizing and monitoring Cyber Recovery Vault.
• Must be detail oriented and pay attention to standards.
• Monitor and analyze enterprise backup systems.
