Job Description
Seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in time and task management to support the R&D Integration and Program Management department. This person will work closely with product leads, program managers, department leads, and cross-functional team representatives to orchestrate development and execution of project strategic and operational plans to meet key program goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates development and execution of project plans including:
  • Responsible for managing, scheduling and facilitating project meetings
  • Manage project/team correspondence and record-keeping such as agenda plans, meeting minutes, project schedules and action/decision logs ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly circulated, and stored
  • Oversee projects and when problems arise, or work is falling behind schedule, communicate with the project manager and team members about the issue.
  • Monitoring progress and managing potential emerging risk areas, gaps or opportunities for improvement in collaboration with team leads and/or program manger
  • Provides project leadership to the product team and key sub-teams across research and development; ensuring clear and open communication
  • Collaborate with function and/or project leads to identify, define and communicate project requirements, scope and objectives
  • Support forecasting and budget activities in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Manages assignments and prioritized work & time to meet department deadlines

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
  • BS or MS in a scientific or engineering discipline and at least 5 years of relevant industry experience, strongly preferred
  • Expert knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Experience working with project management platforms such as MS Project, Smartsheet or Planview
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, time/resource management, attention to detail, interpersonal and organization skills
