Referred consultant's candidate must be hired for a consultant opportunity that is at least four (4) months in length. Candidate must not previously be in our database, must be available for new positions, and have a current resume. The referral bonus is paid to you 45 days after the consultant's start date or 90 days from the direct-hire start date. Other conditions may apply.
