Serving as a backbone for critical data access and management, this system was central to the organization’s mission but had become increasingly inefficient and outdated over time.
CHALLENGE
The existing system was no longer capable of meeting the organization’s expanding needs for efficient data access, streamlined management, and responsive support. To address these limitations, the authority launched a comprehensive project to develop a modern School Information Management System (SIMS). The project aimed to integrate various systems into a modularized platform that could adapt to evolving needs, enhance information access, and improve efficiency.
