Our client is an academic community health care system, offering services including primary care, specialty care, and mental health/substance use services.
CHALLENGE
Our client was rolling out Epic EHR across their network of 3 medical campuses and needed to ramp up quickly with Epic certified resources.
APPROACH
Our client chose Talent Groups as a primary partner in deploying Epic, building it to their specifications, and training end users on the clinical and revenue cycle side.
Our team worked closely with managers on a consultative basis to understand needs and culture fit. We utilized our Epic Recruiting strategy to vet out the best candidates available nationwide for their team and environment.
Talent Groups worked tirelessly to make the client experience as positive as possible, providing fast turnaround for candidate searches, visiting the client site weekly for feedback and partnering more effectively with hiring managers to understand any upcoming hiring needs.
IMPACT
Talent Groups recruited over 65 consultants including Epic certified analysts, trainers, report writers/developers, and project managers to help with the implementation and ongoing support after Go Live.
Client was able to successfully roll out the Epic EHR in 24 months and recognized Talent Groups as a critical component to enable them to meet their deadline. They continue to turn to Talent Groups for ongoing support for their Epic environment as well as other projects that arise.
